Jungian Analysis

Jungian and Psychodynamic models are both forms of in-depth therapy. They each have a long and respected tradition.

We all have a tendency to repeat patterns of behaviour and in spite of our wish to change, we can feel unable to. Therapy provides a safe, confidential and supportive space in which to explore these patterns.

With the Jungian and pyschodynamic models, the relationship between the client and therapist is central to understanding the difficulties the client may be experiencing. Painful situations in the present often have their roots in the past and may be understood in a clearer way through using the Jungian and Psychodynamic approach. Understanding derived through this process allows for the possibility of greater freedom of thought and action.
